Post Services

We provide door step delivery throughout Australia using Australia Post EParcels, Australia Post Express Bags and Star Track Express Parcels.

Safe Signature Upon Delivery

All our parcels are sent as Registered items and require a signature upon delivery. If no personnel are present during delivery, a pick up card will be left and the items will be held at your local post office. This ensures your items are not left unattended. Some items will be flat packed and sent via normal Australia Post services to save on postage costs. These will not have tracking available through Australia Post.

Tracking Number

If your items are not delivered in the time specified or cannot be found at your local post office, let us know and we can provide you with the tracking number for all parcels. (This however doesn’t include flat packed envelope items) This will help you trace the exact location of your parcel. Email us at sales@beachloversledscom.au and quote your order number.

Delivery Time

Our delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days.

Handling Time

Our handling time is 1 business day depending on stock. Please e-mail us at sales@beachloversleds.com.au to get an accurate dispatch time for an order.

Postage Cost

We offer a flat rate $7.90 postage cost on all items besides LED light bars that need to be sent via Australia Post tubes and have a flat fee of $15.00 Some items will also be marked as free delivery Australia Wide. If your order total is $120 or above, we offer free postage.

Standard Returns

If you are not satisfied with the items or would like an exchange, you may return the items provided you dispatch the goods within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you. Please ensure the packaging and contents are in its original condition. Once we receive the items, we will carry out an inspection and refund the cost of the goods to your PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Account. Please note that you are required to prepay all return postage charges and the refunded total will not include the initial cost of post when the items were sent to you.

Return of Faulty Goods

If the goods your receive are faulty or damaged, you may return them provided you dispatch the goods within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you. Please ensure the packaging and contents are in its original condition. Once we receive the items, we will carry out an inspection and refund the cost of the goods to your PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Account. Please note that your are required to initially prepay the return postage and send us the receipt in order to claim the postage charges in your returns.
