The terms ‘We’ or ‘Our’ or ‘Us’  refer to Beach Lovers LEDs and the term ‘You’ or the ‘Customer’ refers to the person purchasing, installing or using our products.

By purchasing and using our products the Customer abides Our Terms & Conditions. If the Customer is not satisfied or disagrees with our Terms & Conditions, the Customer must not purchase our products.


Our products may or may not carry a warranty. If the products carry a warranty, the length in years of the warranty will be clearly stated in the products description.

The warranties on products will become void if the customer misuses the item. The term misuse may refer to improper handling, improper electrical connection or installation, use of product with non supporting devices such as inappropriate electrical transformers, etc.?All products are quality checked before being sent out to Customers.

We will not accept goods returned for warranty work, unless the freight is prepaid by the Customer. Proof of purchases are required when making a warranty claim.

12V LED products

All of our LED products are made to operate at 12 volts. Using our products with other voltages can damage the item and void any warranty.

LED products quality

We do our best to stock only highly quality LED products. There exist many imitation products in the market at lower costs. When we state the brand of our product such as EPISTAR, CREE, etc., we are referring to the brand of the LED (Light Emitting Diode) components and not the casing or the rest of the product. Many of our products are manufactured by other brands which are certified and have licenses to incorporate and use the high quality LED components mentioned.

Pricing, discount rates and freight charges are subject to variations from time to time. All goods are sold at the price current at the time of checkout. The price of goods is at the Suppliers works.

Freight & Insurance

Deliveries shall be made during normal working hours. The date of delivery set forth in the order form is made in good faith, but the performance of Our engagement is subject to industrial disturbances, delay in transit, damage to goods in transit, shortage of goods and any other cause beyond our reasonable control. We shall be excused from failure to deliver or complete, which is contributed to by any such cause, and the time specified for completion of delivery shall be extended commensurately. Delay in delivery or completion shall not constitute a breach of contract, nor shall it affect any other provisions of the contract to Our disadvantage. The Customer acknowledges that insurance of all goods are the responsibility of the Customer at point of delivery.


We shall not be liable for any amount greater than the sales price of the product originally supplied. Without limiting the meaning of this clause, We shall not be liable for any claims, loss, expense whatsoever, how so ever arising, or in any event in any way whatsoever for any contingent, consequential direct/indirect special, or punitive damages arising in relation thereto, and the Customer acknowledges this express limit or liability and agrees to limit any claim accordingly. We shall not be responsible directly or indirectly for any consequential loss or maintenance, use or operation of the product by the Customer, or to any third party, or from any failure of the product whether defective or not.

Refunds and Exchange

It is the responsibility of the Customer to carefully inspect the goods immediately after they are delivered. Refund claims will only be recognised if goods are dispatched within 14 days from date of delivery. Claims outside this period will be at the absolute discretion of Us, and its decision final and binding on the Customer. All goods returned must be in original condition and packaging and complete in every detail. Proof of purchases such as the receipt are required for a refund.
